Shipping policy

Your order with Samba Sweets is guaranteed to arrive in pristine condition at the shipping address you provide. If you find yourself unsatisfied with the quality of your order upon delivery, please reach out to our Customer Care team (hello@sambasweets4u.com) within 30 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include a detailed description and photos that highlight your concerns, so we can assist you with a replacement or exchange.

We will either reship the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater value, with the replacement being shipped within 10 days. Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, claims submitted without proper documentation will not be eligible for reshipment. Samba Sweets retains the right to limit replacements, with refunds being offered at our discretion.

Our guarantee applies only to correctly addressed orders. Regrettably, we cannot ensure the condition of your package if the carrier needs to reroute your shipment. Samba Sweets is not responsible for the condition of orders that are not successfully delivered on the first attempt or for any modifications made through the carrier.

Please provide a complete shipping address, including street name, company name, and any suite or apartment numbers, to ensure smooth delivery.

Samba Sweets will not be held liable for delivery failures if:

1. An incorrect or outdated address is supplied;
2. The recipient is unavailable or away; or
3. A new or corrected address is not provided within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.

Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to address discrepancies will incur additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling by the carrier.
